Spinach Pecan Slaw

Ľ cup split pecans, sauted in olive oil
2 cups cabbage, sliced thin or grated for slaw
1 cup spinach, chiffonade (cut
in thin slices)
Dressing:
2 T mayonnaise
1 T rice vinegar
2 T virgin olive oil
1 t paprika

Mix dressing in a large salad bowl. Add other ingredients and toss to cover. Let sit for at least 30’
