I am taking a vacation and will not have Internet access for a while, how do I make the game wait for my return?	At the present we have no solutions for you. Since the game relies on the passage of time, and putting a player account to sleep would be an unfair advantage (horses need to age, bills need to be paid). The game is designed to help with this problem by making some processing automatic, so you can leave without excessive cost. The top players in each faction have some extra security from the faction stipends, so long time players can 'coast' for a short time. We're always interested in ideas and suggestions though, so if you have any suggestions for how we might handle this we'd be happy to consider them.
I received a form to rename a horse I just bought.	If the originally owner didnt rename the horse from "Horse xxx" then you can do so.
When I get the TC update it says that I have new prestige, but my prestige level is lower than the last update. Why?	Each turn prestige decays by about 35%, and new prestige is added. So, if you have 1000 at the start and have 500 new prestive, the level will decay to 650 and the new 500 will be added for a total of 1150. Thus if you are increasing prestige each turn, your total will trend up, but if you have less (eg, sold a lot of horses) it will gradually trend down. Prestige is set up this way so that players do not lose too much position based on one bad turn.
I can't see the attached forms with my daily report.	The forms are sent along as mime attachments using text encoding. This is the most commonly used method of sending attachments. If your email client isn't saving the attachments correctly then you will have to cut & paste -- cut out from <HTML> to </HTML> for each form, and save this as HTML files and then open these with your browser. HOTMAIL users: go to options and select the largest heading available for the E-mails, which gives links to allow you to open each form in a separate window as a HTML attachment instead of plain text.
I have no idea what 'cut from html to html and save as html means’.	Use Notepad or another editor that lets you cut and paste documents. Select the indicated section, (with mouse, eg), then right click, and either cut or copy. Open a new file and paste it in. Save the file as "myform.htm" . Now you should be able to click on that file and your internet browser will start up and show it as a form. There’ll be a submit button at the bottom to send it.
It seems very difficult to find horses in the Horse viewer.	Horses are listed in the order of their ID numbers. To find a horse by name, just type the first few letters of the name, and click on the down arrow. The list will jump to the horse you typed.
